Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning, and will play a key role in ensuring that HR processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain the Workday HCM system, including configuration, upgrades, and system performance monitoring.
- HCM Modules Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for various Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize the Workday HCM system to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity within the HCM system, including regular audits, data imports, and troubleshooting of data-related issues.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize HR processes using Workday HCM, identifying areas for automation and process improvement.
- User Support & Training: Provide support and training to HR and business users on Workday HCM functionalities, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage the system effectively.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that the Workday HCM system complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HRIS projects, including new module implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Workday and other third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and explore new features.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Workday certification(s) is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration and administration.
- Demonstrated experience with Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Workday HCM configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with project management, including leading system implementations or upgrades.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certifications in specific HCM modules.
- Experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Studio, etc.).
- Knowledge of advanced reporting and analytics within Workday.
- Experience working in a global or multi-site organization.
