🦾 Life in our team:

FazWaz operates across several Southeast Asian countries, with Thailand being our main hub. Our technical teams in the region are distributed between Bangkok and Phuket, while our broader European tech organization includes more than 100 people collaborating across multiple teams and products.

You’ll join a Bangkok-based product-development team of around ten developers, working closely with a Tech Lead and another Product Manager on both customer-facing products and internal tools.

In this role, you’ll work especially closely with stakeholders and business teams across Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand, while also partnering day to day with engineering and product teams located in Europe. This combination offers strong exposure to both the commercial side of the business and a highly international technology organization.

The role is based in our Bangkok office and is office-based. Across our Thailand offices, we have more than 900 people, with a large part of the commercial and operational teams located in Bangkok. We strongly believe that close, in-person collaboration with these stakeholders leads to better communication, faster decision-making, and ultimately better products for our users and the business. We move fast, stay close to users and the business, and work collaboratively across regions to take the company to the next level.

🚀 About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about discovery: Someone eager to deeply understand the business, empathize with users, and work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data and different company stakeholders to create products that truly deliver value.

You’ll initially work closely with the team responsible for the internal CRM platform used daily by our commercial organization of more than 700 people. This software is a critical tool for the company, and we continuously evolve and improve it proactively as the business grows and new needs emerge.

At the same time, this role goes beyond a single product area. As a fast-growing company, new opportunities constantly appear, priorities evolve, and business goals are regularly realigned from quarter to quarter. Because of that, we see this position as an entry point into a broader product role within the company. We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to understand how the business works and who can contribute wherever product support and strategic thinking are most needed.

We’re not looking for someone to simply coordinate tasks or manage deadlines, but for someone who wants to discover, decide, and build alongside the team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, open communication, adaptability, and a strong bias for action.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Gain a deep understanding of the business, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the product discovery process, validating problems and exploring solutions collaboratively with your team.
• Turn insights into hypotheses and experiments, then test, measure, and learn fast..
• Partner with design, data, and engineering to build products people genuinely love to use.
• Measure results and learn fast: Iterate, adapt, and try again.

🔎 What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-related role (you don’t need to have held the exact title).
• Genuine curiosity about how the business works and how to deliver value.
• Ability to think strategically while being ready to dive into details when needed.
• User orientation: We strive to deeply understand the people we build for.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You’re proactive and not afraid to jump on a call, whether with another team, a client, or a user to get the answers you need.
• A problem-solver mindset: More questions than certainties.
• Comfort working in environments with flexible roles and shared decision-making.

💬 What we value:

• Experience in startup or agile environments.
• Basic understanding of UX, analytics, and development (you don’t need to be an expert, just know how the pieces fit together).
• Passion for learning, experimenting, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting qualitative or quantitative user research.
• Background in Real Estate or related industries.
• Familiarity with OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
• Technical curiosity and a solid understanding of how software is built.
