About the Role
We are looking for aTechnical Product Manager with strong experience in API integrations and airline integrations to join our growing Product Team.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business, airline partners, and engineering - owning the delivery of scalable, API-driven products that power airline distribution and retailing.
You should bring a strong technical mindset, hands-on experience with APIs, and deep understanding of airline systems (especially NDC and distribution flows).
What you’ll do
- Apply strategic thinking to shape the product vision and roadmap, communicating it persuasively to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new product features.
- Prioritise effectively based on customer and market needs.
- Manage refinement of new product features or enhancements, ensuring stakeholder input, including customers and technical teams.
- Define clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes with measurable success indicators.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of features ready for the development lifecycle, aiming for early value delivery within capacity constraints.
- Ensure developed features meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Transition features into Minimum Marketable Features (MMF) and/or Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
- Validate feature success and identify further opportunities through measurement.Share expertise and domain knowledge to up skill peers and colleagues.

What we’re looking for
- Industry Experience and insight: Understanding of the travel industry's competitive landscape and trends.Experience in Airline/Distribution sector (OTAs, travel agencies, Airlines etc.) with a strong understanding of airline distribution concepts like NDC, GDSs and Offer & Order Management.
- Product Management: At least 5 years’ experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving value.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Analytical Skills: Keen attention to quality and detail in analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for formulating clear and understandable product features/requirements for both customer and technical teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate and facilitate successful outcomes in team environments.
- Organisation: Self-organising with the capability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
