About the Role

Are you highly logical, detail-oriented, and obsessed with clean mobile architecture? As our Flutter Mobile App Developer, you will bring mobile-first experiences to life using our standardized Flutter component library, implementing strict stateless architecture rules, and maintaining absolute fidelity to our Figma designs.

A Day in the Life:

Your day revolves around writing modular, atomic code blocks ("Byts") in Flutter. You will translate Figma source designs into pixel-perfect interfaces, map backend REST API endpoints directly to UI fields, enforce strict data lineage standards, and ensure fail-closed security mechanisms across every mobile build .

Primary Responsibilities

Your daily deliverables include:

1. Core Development & Architecture

• Build, scale, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications primarily using Flutter and Dart.
• Adhere strictly to a stateless paradigm, ensuring no critical data resides in volatile memory to align with our Cloud Run backend infrastructure.
• Write modular, highly maintainable code following our internal "Byt" boundary standard.
• Implement robust fail-closed security mechanisms where any logic error or null response in compliance checks immediately halts data movement.

2. Design System & UX Integration

• Lead application flow development with a Mobile-First priority before scaling to larger layout views.
• Leverage our Universal Component Library and strictly adhere to standardized Google Material Design templates.
• Translate designs from Figma (our official Source Document) into high-fidelity code.
• Implement automated friction logging systems to capture user UI hesitations (stalls lasting $> 5$ seconds).

3. API & Data Governance

• Map API endpoints provided by the backend team directly to designated UI fields according to integration protocols.
• Enforce data integrity standards by ensuring no write operation occurs without a valid predecessor_id to eliminate orphan data.
• Ensure all outbound data packets inject required Metadata Headers (trace_id, logic_hash) for full lineage tracking.

4. Quality & Release Management

• Validate applications across a defined matrix of target physical devices and OS versions.
• Conduct pre-release audits checking both Feature Status (e.g., Auth screens) and Integration Status.
• Secure the mandatory Endorsement Document (ED) prior to registering or deploying builds to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Onboarding & Success Path

Selected candidates must successfully complete a mandatory structured onboarding and training program. Engagement and progress during onboarding are closely monitored and form part of the probation evaluation.
