Accountabilities

As the Manager, HR Strategy & Talent, you will help design, execute, and improve enterprise talent strategies while partnering with HR and business stakeholders. You will support critical workforce initiatives, create executive-level insights, and drive programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development.

• Support the evolution and execution of enterprise talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and support key talent processes, including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and individual development planning.
• Simplify and enhance talent practices to improve the experience of employees and people leaders.
• Contribute to strategic HR and culture initiatives focused on organizational transformation and future ways of working.
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to successfully implement enterprise-wide programs.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, communications, and materials for senior leadership discussions.
• Analyze talent and culture data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve organizational impact.
• Support leadership reporting, strategic analyses, and high-priority workforce initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR strategy professional with strong expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives. You should have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, analyze complex information, and translate business needs into practical workforce solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or related fields is an asset.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to transform data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments while driving measurable results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.
