Your Profile & DNA:
We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help ensure the reliability and resilience of mission-critical production systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across infrastructure and operations.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support distributed systems and microservices-based applications.

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Compute, Storage, Networking).
- Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and automation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
