1. About Our Client:

2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and partnering with executive leadership to enhance processes and support managers. This role contributes to building a positive employee experience and ensures compliance with employment laws, directly impacting organizational effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance management
• Administer employee benefits and leave programs
• Support payroll processing
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage HRIS records and employee documentation
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training improvement, and company culture
• Provide guidance to managers on routine employee matters

4. Requirements:
• 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states
• Remote recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience administering benefits, leave programs, and employee relations
• Experience with payroll and HRIS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Professional proficiency in Spanish
• Experience supporting remote teams
• California employment law experience
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
• Hospitality or multi-location business experience

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
