Job Description
Cloud for Good (CFG) is seeking a Marketing & Alliances Operations Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will build, manage and optimize the systems, processes, data, reporting, and workflows that support our marketing and alliance activities and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, this role will partner closely with our GTM team (Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Revenue Operations). This role will own the operational infrastructure supporting campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, Salesforce partner activity, channel coverage, and pipeline reporting. This role owns the operational execution of both marketing and alliances systems and processes while partnering with GTM leadership on strategy, measurement, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who can translate business needs into scalable processes, reliable data, meaningful reporting and effective automation. The Successful candidate will combine strong experience in marketing operations expertise with experience supporting partner, alliances, or channel operations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Education Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally including Partnership/Alliances channel operations.
- Hands-on experience administering Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, campaign architecture, reporting and related integrations
- Experience supporting alliances, partner marketing or partner-sourced pipeline tracking.
- Experience supporting campaign execution, demand generation, marketing automation, and attribution
- Strong understanding of lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, lifecycle stages, qualification and Sales handoff processes.
- Experience building dashboards and reports that measure campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline impact, marketing ROI, partner coverage and partner contribution.
- Experience managing data quality, governance, processing documentation, and cross-functional workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Alliances and Revenue Operations.
- Experience supporting alliances, partner marketing or partner-sourced pipeline tracking strongly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically about how the role influences lead and pipeline generation and our bookings

Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Lead Management
- Own and continuously improve the lead lifecycle, including lead capture, data validation, scoring, routing, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to Sales.
- Support the timely routing and assignment of inbound leads, coordinate responses to inquiries as needed, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Maintain clear lifecycle definitions, routing rules, SLA expectations, and data requirements to support alignment between Marketing and Sales.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, segmentation, workflow efficiency, and operational scale
- Alliances Operations
- Manage operational processes that support Cloud for Good’s Alliances team, including partner campaigns, referrals, co-marketing initiatives, partner meetings and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Partner with Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure partner activity is accurately captured, attributed, routed, and reported.
Systems & Data Governance
- Manage and optimize CFG’s marketing and alliances operations infrastructure, including systems, reporting, data quality, documentation, and operational effectiveness directly related to bookings and revenue.
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), campaign infrastructure, marketing automation, and related system integrations.
- Maintain data quality and governance across leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, campaign members, source tracking, lifecycle stages, and attribution data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, lead velocity, marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, partner contribution, bookings impacts, and marketing ROI.

Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—is required based organizational priorities. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position.

Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).

- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
