Manage and upload assets to Frontify, maintaining an organized and up-to-date brand library for internal and external use
Proactively contribute ideas to enhance creative output and push the visual boundaries of the brand
Adapt designs to different formats and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and engagement
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of the Underdog brand. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for translating our evolving brand vision into compelling visual assets across multiple channels including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, CRM, partnerships, and product interfaces. Your role will involve creating high-impact campaign visuals, as well as authentic, scrappy UGC-style content that captures the energetic and exciting spirit of Underdog. This is a high-ownership position that requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt your style to different formats and audiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual storytelling, while also managing assets within our brand library to keep it current and accessible. Your creative input and strategic thinking will be vital in bringing the Underdog brand to life and maintaining its momentum in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing campaigns, social media content, digital design, and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling that captures attention and drives engagement
  • Experience creating both high-production campaigns and authentic UGC-style content
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an innovative approach to incorporating new technologies into design workflows
  • Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of how visuals and words work together
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
