What we are looking for
- 5+ years of software development experience in large-scale, high-availability production environments.
- Full-stack experience in backend and frontend technologies, with the ability to adapt to different stacks.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- DevOps culture and continuous integration mindset, specifically experience in defining and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Active hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity.
- Technical leadership capabilities, guiding engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior and senior profiles, and actively participating in architectural and technological decisions.
- Ability to establish engineering best practices, design patterns, and testing standards (unit, integration, e2e), ensuring consistency and quality across teams.
- Capability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, product managers, and designers, serving as a bridge between product vision and technical execution.
