1. About Our Client:

It focuses on building a cohesive Talent Acquisition function to support business growth by streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience.


2. About the Opportunity:

The Recruiting Coordinator role is central to managing the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. This position supports the Talent Acquisition team by maintaining the applicant tracking system and coordinating recruitment logistics, thereby contributing to effective hiring operations and a positive candidate experience.


3. Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars

• Serve as primary contact for candidates during the interview process

• Manage day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or related experience

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse preferred

• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple searches and calendars

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive mindset with interest in Talent Acquisition career growth

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced team environment


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation: $24-28 per hour

• Overtime eligibility

• Discretionary annual bonus up to 10%
