Must Have:
PyTorch, Video/Image LLM research, and academic/industry experience.

Publications:
Papers at top vision conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS)

In terms of order of preference:
Can be ML Research Engineer > ML Infra Engineer > AI engineer (one who develop apps using AI apis) > Backend Engineer
Within ML, Video LLM Research (Computer Vision) > Image LLM Research (Computer Vision) > Text LLM Research (NLP)
Publications at top computer vision conferences would be awesome - ICCV, ECCV, IJCV, CVPR, NeurIPS
Academia + Industry experience > Academia Experience > Industry Experience
