Job Description

We’re currently searching for a Senior Network Architect to join a team where infrastructure is not just foundational - it’s a strategic pillar that enables high-performance systems to operate at scale across global markets.

From day one, you’ll be contributing to systems that operate at unmatched scale and speed -supporting automated trading across the world’s most competitive financial markets. Whether you're driven by the pursuit of microsecond performance, or by elegant, automated infrastructure design, this role offers the chance to work on some of the most challenging problems in modern networking.

As part of a top-tier Network Engineering team, you’ll have full ownership of globally distributed, low-latency network infrastructure - from design to deployment to day-to-day performance optimization.

What you will do:

• Architect and evolve ultra-low latency L2/L3 networks across global exchange colocation sites and data centers.

• Ensure the scalability and resilience of WAN and internal systems with a focus on observability and simplicity.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement network tuning strategies that directly impact trading performance.

• Build automated tooling for configuration, diagnostics, monitoring, and telemetry using Python or similar scripting languages.

• Work across a wide range of domains: colocation strategy, timing systems (PTP/NTP), firewalling, edge security, and capacity planning.

• Collaborate closely with internal trading, software, and hardware teams to align infrastructure with business-critical needs.

Who you are:

You’re an engineer who combines deep technical insight with a passion for problem solving at scale. You think in terms of systems, not silos and you care about performance, simplicity, and reliability in equal measure.

Your Profile:

• Expertise in network protocols (TCP/UDP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast) and technologies across LAN/WAN environments.

• Solid experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto).

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar for automation and tooling.

• Comfort designing and maintaining network infrastructure in performance-sensitive environments (trading, telco, HPC, etc.).

• Familiarity with colocation builds, clocking/timing systems, PTP/NTP, or low latency tuning is a strong plus.

• An eagerness to engage with traders, engineers, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Benefits:

• Full relocation & visa support if needed

• Discounted Health Insurance

• Wellness perks: first-class commuting, catered meals, in-house massages, Friday drinks, and more

• A generous budget for learning, certification and technical growth

If you’re excited by the idea of designing the backbone of a system where every microsecond counts and want to join a company that values technical depth, curiosity, and craft, we’d love to speak with you.
