About the Role
As a Web Developer, you'll work closely with our SEO team to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites that drive organic traffic and deliver a great user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while creating websites that perform.
Compensation - $300-$400 USD/month
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites following SEO best practices.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO improvements to increase search visibility.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues, including broken links, redirects, and indexing errors.
- Develop landing pages and custom website features as needed.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialists and designers to implement website updates and optimizations.
- Monitor website performance and ensure websites remain secure, up-to-date, and fully functional.
- Support additional SEO, website, and digital marketing projects as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of WordPress web development experience.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
