We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
What will you do?
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements
- Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates
- Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes, and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
- At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter
- Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies
- In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions
- Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills)
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1)
