The ideal candidate
- Completed higher education, preferably in the field of human resources, psychology, law or economic sciences;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company;
- Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices;
- Familiarity with digital work tools, such as the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook) and specialized applications for payroll and personnel records;
- Demonstrated communication, coordination, leadership and effective team management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work in a dynamic environment;
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking and orientation towards solutions and results;
- Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level is an advantage.

- Coordination of personnel recruitment, selection and integration processes in accordance with the operational needs of the factory;
- Elaboration, development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures, aligned with labor legislation and good industry practices;
