Job Description
Our client is a game studio from South Korea, known for its mobile action RPGs combining pixel art, gacha, exploration, and puzzles.
Their games focus on real-time action gameplay, engaging storylines, frequent content updates (LiveOps), and PvP and Guild features to create a long-lasting player experience.
Their current remote Vietnamese team consists of 20 people.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain game features and gameplay systems.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and product teams to build high-quality gaming experiences.
- Optimize game performance across different devices.
- Debug, test, and improve game stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Stay up to date with the latest game development technologies and best practices.

II. REQUIREMENTS
- From 3 years of game development experience.
- Strong experience with Unity and C#.
- Knowledge of backend services, LiveOps, or analytics integration.
- Experience publishing games on App Store, Google Play, or Steam.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Firebase, Addressables, or Asset Bundles.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Solid understanding of game architecture, optimization, and performance.
- Strong debugging and software engineering practices.
- Experience with multiplayer games.
- Experience building and shipping mobile or PC games.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical planning.
- Passion for game development and willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication.
