Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Bangkok, Thailand. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for critical applications. Daily responsibilities include building and managing CI pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with development teams to improve release processes. The role also involves writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code templates, optimizing Linux-based environments, and contributing to best practices and documentation for operations and security. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, with experience using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Software Development capabilities in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) to build automation and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for automated builds and deployments.
• Solid System Administration skills, including configuring, monitoring, and securing server environments.

• Proficiency working with Linux operating systems and command-line tools in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and observability tools (logging, metrics, alerting).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document processes and architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
