Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily recruitment and candidate screening activities.
- Monitor team productivity, hiring pipelines, and interview scheduling performance.
- Conduct phone screenings and assist with evaluating candidates for open positions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to recruiting team members on best practices.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
- Review CRM and applicant tracking system data to maintain accurate hiring records.
- Analyze recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Help build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Perform additional recruitment leadership and operational responsibilities as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
