We are looking for a QA Tester to join an innovative international project within a leading German industrial company.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of a new generation of Agentic AI solutions, working closely with development, product and AI teams throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in Quality Assurance with cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies in a highly collaborative and international environment.

What will you do?

• Define and execute test strategies, plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, automated, performance and security testing.
• Design and maintain testing environments that replicate real-world scenarios.
• Identify, document and track defects through resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Validate system scalability, reliability and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Managers and key stakeholders.
• Propose improvements to testing processes, tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a QA Tester or QA Engineer.
• Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases and testing strategies.
• Strong background in functional testing and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance and scalability testing.
• Understanding of security testing principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of AI concepts and AI-powered software solutions.
• Previous experience testing AI, Generative AI or Agentic AI applications.
• Experience designing test scenarios for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Knowledge of QA tools evaluation and selection processes.
• Experience working in Agile product environments.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays

Language: English (C1), Spanish (B2)
