About The Role

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, and possess a keen eye for detail and user experience. This is a full-time position based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a focus on long-term growth and career development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, specifically with React Native. Candidates must have a solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, along with experience working with Redux, Context API, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles, native modules, Expo, and deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms is essential. Basic knowledge of iOS development using Swift and Android using Kotlin is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are critical. Candidates should also have experience working in Agile environments and be comfortable with version control systems such as Git. Additionally, applicants must hold valid OPT/CPT/H4 EAD/TN/E3 or other non-immigrant visas and be open to H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota.

Responsibilities

As a React Native Developer, your primary responsibilities will include developing new mobile applications and enhancing existing ones to meet client specifications. You will translate UI/UX designs into functional, performant code, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices. You will integrate third-party APIs, optimize app performance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality. Collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend developers, you will ensure the technical feasibility of designs and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will be involved in deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play, managing CI/CD pipelines, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects.
