UX/UI Design System & AI Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Design System & AI Product Designer to join our team and support strategic digital initiatives, focused on the design of scalable enterprise applications, design systems, and AI-driven user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build comprehensive, scalable Design System component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across desktop and mobile applications
• Create and maintain design tokens, UI guidelines, component documentation, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
• Develop and deliver user flows, site maps, information architecture models, and low-to-high fidelity wireframes
• Create interactive prototypes that simulate application behavior and support stakeholder validation
• Design responsive, high-fidelity UI screens optimized for enterprise software environments
• Conceptualize and design AI-powered user experiences, including conversational interfaces, prompt interaction models, and AI-assisted workflows
• Create dashboards, reporting views, and advanced data visualization concepts for AI and business applications
• Apply AI-assisted design tools and methodologies to accelerate design exploration, component generation, and asset creation
• Prepare production-ready design handoff packages including specifications, assets, interaction behaviors, and CSS-relevant documentation
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance activities to identify visual and behavioral discrepancies between design and implementation
• Support continuous improvement of product usability, user experience consistency, and design governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Design Systems, or Digital Product Development
• Strong expertise with Figma and modern design workflows

• Experience creating design systems, component libraries, and design documentation
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience designing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within international and cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design delivery
• Professional level of English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational AI interfaces, or generative AI user experiences
• Knowledge of Design Tokens, Design System governance, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS products, or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or developer handoff processes
• Experience creating dashboards, analytics platforms, and complex data visualizations
• Knowledge of tools such as Storybook or other component management platforms
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other product development methodologies
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and international product environments
• German language skills are considered an advantage
