As Lead IT Operations and Information Security (f/m/d) at Nuki, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless functioning of our infrastructure. As the technical lead of your team, you're the anchor that keeps everything sailing smoothly, ensuring the consistent performance of our software products, services, and workspaces. Collaborating closely with counterparts in the organization, you'll ensure that IT initiatives align seamlessly with our broader business strategies. Your Role
- You will take on functional leadership of a team of 2-4 subject matter experts for workplace management and IT Infrastructure.
- As a hands-on expert, you will provide technical advice and strategic support for other departments in the company.
- You are in charge of overseeing the technical management of our IT infrastructure, operations security, and service management throughout the organization.
- You support a highly available and high-performing infrastructure for our software products and services, catering to both consumers and internal tools.
- You are responsible for the maintenance and development of the company's IT.
- You are responsible for ensuring adherence and compliance with ISO, GDPR, and other regulatory IT requirements as well as information security requirements, actively driving their ongoing development and improvement.
- You establish and manage a professional on-call service, prioritizing clear escalation paths and a healthy team rotation.
- You set and drive the IT vision for the company and the IT Operations team, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.

Job Requirements
- You have completed higher technical education (University, University of Applied Sciences) or/and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a professional leadership role within a dynamic IT environment.
- You have a track record of leading small teams.
- You bring a strong focus on incident, issue, and change management.
- You have proven IT Security skills and ideally corresponding certificates, e.g., ISO, CISSP, CSM, etc.
- You are adept at navigating within a rapidly growing and agile environment, bringing valuable insights to the table.
- You have hands-on experience in scaling services, showcasing your proficiency in modern development practices.
- Nice-to-have, but not mandatory, would be knowledge of Kubernetes, MongoDB, or Terraform.
- You demonstrate analytical and leadership skills as well as conflict management and customer orientation.
- You have a high level of proficiency in English. German is nice-to-have, but not mandatory.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and making decisions, and are characterized by your outstanding growth mindset.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,954 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement. Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
