2. About the Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence Analyst I role within the Enterprise Technology Services team is focused on advancing the organization''s analytics, business intelligence, and AI capabilities through modeling and data analysis. This position collaborates with leadership and business units to promote data enablement and support data-driven decision-making. The role contributes by developing models and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and fostering a culture of data literacy and self-service.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and document semantic and medallion data models for BI dashboards and AI-driven analytics tools.

• Promote a data-driven culture by documenting data sources and creating knowledge resources to support data literacy.

• Analyze data warehouse results, identify gaps and inaccuracies, and assist in improving data governance.

• Collaborate with analysts and engineers on testing and documentation standards.

• Develop and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.

• Partner with business teams to design, build, and audit key dashboards using Tableau and/or Streamlit.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to prioritize and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

• Stay updated on technical and analytical trends, researching new tools and best practices to enhance data system functionality.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent experience; recent graduates and non-traditional backgrounds considered.

• 1-2 years experience with SQL for data manipulation in relational databases or data warehouses (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Streamlit, or Power BI.

• Ability to explain technical or data concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Interest in data modeling concepts is a plus.

• Understanding of data visualization principles.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $62,456.00 to $78,070.00 USD.
