Key Responsibilities:
โข Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary creative team comprising designers, copywriters,
video editors, AI artists, and creative strategists.
โข Own the creative direction for US-focused performance campaigns and brand initiatives,
ensuring all output aligns with business goals, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
โข Drive concept development and execution across paid social, web, landing pages, email, and
video, including scriptwriting for ad films/video creatives, with a strong focus on conversion-
oriented creative.
โข Build and maintain creative systems, workflows, and quality benchmarks that improve
production speed, consistency, and scale across multiple campaigns/accounts.

โข Partner closely with performance marketing, product, sales, and marketing teams to develop
creative strategies that balance brand storytelling with measurable outcomes.
โข Translate campaign performance signals (e.g., hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA trends) into structured
creative iteration plans, testing roadmaps, and new angle development.
โข Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables before internal/client submission, ensuring
strategic alignment, high craft quality, and platform-native execution.
โข Oversee the quality of video outputs end-to-end, ensuring strong hooks, clear messaging,
effective pacing, and platform-native storytelling across all creative deliverables.
โข Present creative strategies, concepts, test learnings, and recommendations confidently to US
stakeholders and cross-functional teams.โข Ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points while adapting creative to different
funnels, audiences, and campaign objectives.
โข Stay updated on US consumer trends, competitor creative, digital design innovation, and
emerging AI-enabled creative production workflows.
Required Qualifications:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent
practical experience).
โข 6+ years of experience in creative, branding, or performance marketing roles, with 4โ5 years in a
leadership position.
โข Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital campaigns, and performance-
driven creatives across multiple platforms.

โข Familiarity with AI-assisted creative pipelines, prompt-based production workflows, and rapid
testing frameworks.
โข Experience building review systems, feedback loops, and creative SOPs for scaling teams.
