Senior Zoho Developer / Technical Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading end-to-end Zoho implementations, interacting directly with clients, managing project delivery, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Lead client meetings, provide solution recommendations, and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge and integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms via APIs.
- Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of experience working with Zoho applications.
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or AI-powered business automation will be considered an added advantage.
