About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team in Thailand. As the lead developer, you will primarily work independently, designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. You will also hire and manage freelancers as needed to support project requirements.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Lead the development of web applications using Node.js and React.
• Independently design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Hire and manage team of freelancers as needed.
• Manage and lead a remote development team effectively.

What We Expect You’re Capable Of:

• Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), best practices, unit testing, and linting.
• Strong understanding of MERN stack methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing a team, preferably a remote team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• A portfolio or GitHub account showcasing previous projects.
