Accountabilities
The Senior Product Manager - Website & Commerce Experience will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of digital platforms, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance goals for website ecosystems and digital commerce experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through customer research, analytics, competitive insights, and market trends.
- Establish website KPIs and monitor performance to evaluate product success and business impact.
- Drive improvements across website navigation, content experiences, accessibility, performance, and customer journeys.
- Own CMS platform strategy, governance, capabilities, and publishing workflows in collaboration with marketing, content, SEO, and engineering teams.
- Define requirements and prioritize enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements that support business objectives.
- Manage ecommerce funnel optimization initiatives, including experimentation, personalization, landing page improvements, and conversion strategies.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer friction points and develop solutions that improve digital experiences.
- Lead cross-functional product teams through discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization phases.
- Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics while maintaining a prioritized backlog.
- Make strategic trade-off decisions balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Foster strong partnerships across engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
