Define and manage product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance goals for website ecosystems and digital commerce experiences

Drive improvements across website navigation, content experiences, accessibility, performance, and customer journeys
Own CMS platform strategy, governance, capabilities, and publishing workflows in collaboration with marketing, content, SEO, and engineering teams
Define requirements and prioritize enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements that support business objectives
Manage ecommerce funnel optimization initiatives, including experimentation, personalization, landing page improvements, and conversion strategies
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer friction points and develop solutions that improve digital experiences
Lead cross-functional product teams through discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization phases
Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics while maintaining a prioritized backlog
Make strategic trade-off decisions balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery timelines
Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
Foster strong partnerships across engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance, and operations teams

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Website & Commerce Experience based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital experience strategy for high-impact consumer platforms.

You will own the roadmap for website experiences, ecommerce journeys, and content platforms that influence customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Working across product, engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, SEO, and compliance teams, you will turn customer insights into measurable improvements.

You will lead experimentation, optimization, and innovation initiatives that enhance usability and business performance.

Accountabilities

The Senior Product Manager - Website & Commerce Experience will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of digital platforms, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance goals for website ecosystems and digital commerce experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience combined with expertise in digital experiences, ecommerce, and customer-focused technology solutions.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management within digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology environments.
  • Proven experience owning website experiences, digital products, or ecommerce platforms from strategy through execution.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, with experience using tools such as Contentful considered a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, personalization, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use customer insights, performance data, and metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Ability to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and successfully deliver initiatives in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product solutions.
  • Experience working with compliance-driven, financial, technology, or consumer-facing products is a plus.
