YOU WIL

• LLead the Infrastructure (DBA + Unix/Linux) team delivering operational and engineering outcomes for critical services and vendor-underpinned platforms
• .Own team delivery end-to-end: demand intake, prioritisation, execution, and reporting
• .Drive improvements in monitoring/alerting and performance across infrastructure and databases
• .Establish and uphold engineering and operational standards (documentation, peer review, quality controls, runbooks, change practices) and measure outcomes to improve team performance
• .Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to build capability and uplift engineers into a high-performing infrastructure function
