Job Title: Full Cycle Recruiter
Location: Remote (Must reside in Los Angeles, CA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
6 to 8 Months covering LOA
Pay: $29 to $31 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from intake through offer—for a variety of roles. While this position is fully remote, candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area to support regional hiring needs and occasional in-market collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and sourcing strategies
• Proactively source and engage top talent through job boards, social platforms, and networking

• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and culture alignment
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
• Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding in partnership with HR
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other talent platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
