Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote — US)

Confidential — Established mid-market Energy company

Location: Remote (US) · Full-Time · Reports To: Head of People / HR

Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base + performance bonus

We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established mid-market energy company seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale full-cycle recruiting across the business. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a data-driven recruiter who can both fill critical roles and build the systems, pipelines, and employer brand that make hiring repeatable. Full company details are shared with candidates who advance.

What you'll do

Full-cycle recruiting

  • Own end-to-end hiring across commercial, technical, and operational roles — intake through offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers on role scorecards, calibration, and fast, high-quality decisions
  • Source active and passive candidates via direct outreach, referrals, events, and niche energy channels
  • Own candidate experience end to end, keeping every stage responsive and on-brand

Program & process

  • Build and optimize hiring processes, interview structures, and scorecards
  • Own the ATS — pipeline hygiene, workflows, and reporting
  • Track KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer-accept rate, quality-of-hire
  • Build scalable playbooks for sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Employer brand & pipelining

  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Strengthen employer brand across LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate touchpoints
  • Partner with marketing on careers content, job posts, and outreach

Advisory & performance

  • Advise hiring managers on market data, comp benchmarks, and timelines
  • Ensure compliant, structured, equitable hiring throughout
  • Report on funnel health, forecasts, and hiring progress to leadership

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency) on professional/technical roles
  • Quantifiable results — roles filled, time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, or pipeline built
  • Strong sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, direct outreach
  • Hands-on with an ATS/recruiting tools: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on process, market, and compensation
  • Industry lane a plus: energy, utilities, industrials, manufacturing, engineering, or technical hiring
  • Resume reflecting req load, functions hired for, tools/ATS, and hiring metrics

This is a true full-cycle, metrics-driven role. Coordinator-only or scheduling-focused experience without funnel ownership won't fit.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base $110,000–$140,000 + performance bonus
  • Fully remote (US)
