We are a small, fast-moving team working across React, GraphQL, and AWS to deliver next-generation digital tools.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on full-stack application development. You’ll lead the design and implementation of core platform modules, APIs, and web interfaces that power daily workflows across our ecosystem. This is a hands-on role emphasizing architecture, code quality, and system scalability. Experience with 3D visualization or ML integration is considered a strong plus.

- Design, build, and maintain core application features.
- Implement backend services and integrations using AWS ecosystem.
- Define and enforce application architecture, performance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable releases.
- Review code, mentor developers, and drive best practices
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes within AWS
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in modern web application development
- Strong CS foundation: data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and design patterns
- Fluency in our stack: Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem (EventBridge, Cognito, Cedar/AVP, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, ...)
- Strong knowledge in other programming languages (Python, C++)
- Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and make architecture-level decisions
