The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing women’s media and community platform serving a Gen-Z and millennial audience — providing consistent production support across social design, client-facing assets, light print work, and Squarespace web design to relieve bandwidth pressure on a busy core design team. You’ll create and collaborate on a wide range of deliverables including branded social ads, postcards, branded boxes and tapes, newsletter hero images, display ads, and website redesign work — adapting fluidly across brands, departments, and audience aesthetics while bringing a genuine pulse on the latest design trends that resonate with younger audiences.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Website Redesign: Lead the redesign of an existing website in Squarespace, collaborating cross-functionally with various internal departments to ensure the final experience aligns with brand goals and audience expectations.
• Social & Digital Asset Production: Create and collaborate on client-facing and in-house digital assets including social ads, display ads, newsletter and article hero images, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Print & Experiential Design: Design light print assets including postcards, branded boxes and tapes, and other experiential design materials that reflect strong brand consistency and visual polish.
• Multi-Brand Adaptation: Context-switch fluidly between multiple clients, brands, and internal departments — adapting your design sensibility to different brand voices, visual identities, and audience aesthetics without losing quality or consistency.
• Production Management & Collaboration: Manage timelines and shifting priorities across concurrent projects using Asana; communicate proactively with stakeholders via Slack and maintain strong file and version management practices throughout.

What You Bring

• Design Experience & Tool Proficiency: 3+ years of design experience with strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Squarespace, and Canva — with familiarity with Asana and Slack for project management and communication.
• Design Eye & Visual Storytelling: A strong eye for color, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling — with a flexible design sensibility that adapts confidently across different brands, departments, and audience aesthetics.
• Gen-Z & Trend Awareness: A genuine, current pulse on the latest design and Gen-Z trends — able to apply trend-aware thinking to brand-appropriate work without compromising consistency or quality.
• Reliability & Attention to Detail: Highly responsive, organized, and consistent across deliverables — with strong file and version management habits and an openness to feedback that supports fast iteration across a high-volume production environment.

Bonus Points if:

• You have basic to intermediate motion or animation skills, including simple animated builds or light motion graphics.
• You have experience with Figma or Google Slides.
• You have a strong personal interest in or experience creating specifically for Gen-Z audiences and aesthetics.
