The role
The AI Testing Assistant is a new position created to support our team in evaluating how artificial intelligence tools can process large volumes of qualitative data during client investigations. This role exists to ensure that our internal tools provide accurate and logical results when analyzing corporate documents, interviews, and organizational charts. As a part time, contract member of our team, you will work in a fully remote capacity to help bridge the gap between raw data and the evidence backed conclusions our consultants deliver to clients. This is an entry level role suited for someone with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and an interest in how business logic interacts with automated systems.

What you will do

• Test internal AI prompts and workflows against real world business datasets to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Identify instances of organizational nuance that automated models might overlook or misinterpret during data processing tasks.
• Help prepare and clean structured datasets for ingestion into investigative tools, ensuring all information is organized logically.
• Monitor the output of various models to check for inconsistencies in structural analysis reports and logical flow.
• Draft concise internal summaries regarding testing results to help our team understand the current limitations of our toolsets.
• Collaborate with our technical staff to suggest refinements for instructions given to automated systems.
• Maintain a detailed log of all testing iterations and version changes to support our internal documentation standards.
• Conduct basic desk research to verify facts generated by AI tools during the drafting phase of client reports.
