Location: Gdansk/ Warsaw / Remote, Poland

Employment Type: Permanent/ Fulltime

Responsibilities include:

• Operational Support and Infrastructure Management.
• Incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Service Requests and Change Requests Handling.
• Infrastructure Deployment and Configuration.
• Capacity and Performance analysis and reporting.
• User Account Management.
• Assist with physical installation, software installation, and installation of management tools.
• Vendor hardware compatibility list review, notification, and compliance.
• Assist in managing the lifecycle of storage hardware and software.
• Assist in Patch management and hardening of storage software and management tools.
• Perform monthly inventory and reporting of storage systems.
• Plan, support, and coordinate installation and decommissioning of physical hardware.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• Good on documentation and presentation skills.

• NetApp OnCommand Active IQ Unified Manager
• IBM Storage Insights, IBM Spectrum Control
• Huawei System Reporter, Huawei eService, SmartKit
• Brocade SANNav, Brocade Support Link (BSL)
