Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in the United States.

This remote Business Analyst role offers the opportunity to support business transformation initiatives through data-driven insights and effective solution delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and help improve processes across diverse projects. The position provides exposure to multiple industries and complex business environments, allowing you to expand your analytical expertise. You will play a key role in bridging business objectives and technical teams while ensuring successful project outcomes. Working in an agile environment, you will contribute to requirement definition, testing activities, and continuous improvement efforts. Accountabilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support successful project delivery and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Contribute to Agile project methodologies by participating in planning sessions, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in designing efficient business workflows.
• Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and validating business solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with SQL, data manipulation, ERP/CRM systems, financial industry projects, process mapping, or process improvement techniques is preferred.
