One Glance Studio is looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist to own our online presence and help grow the studio’s visibility.

We are a narrative brand and web studio under Studio Chingy. We build brands people fall in love with through one glance, for founders and businesses with a story worth telling.

We specialise in brand strategy and brand identity design. We are looking for someone who can turn our work, process, and point of view into social content that feels intentional, beautiful, and true to our world.

This role is for someone who can think and execute independently. You should be able to understand the brand, propose content ideas, plan the calendar, create the posts, write captions, publish, analyse what works, and improve the system over time.



The role

You will work directly with Miriam, our Creative Director, to grow and manage the social media presence of One Glance Studio.


Your work may include:

— Developing and managing our social media strategy with creative direction

— Planning weekly and monthly content around our design work, process, studio life, case studies, offers, and point of view

— Turning our brand world into content that feels specific, not generic

— Creating posts, carousels, reels, stories, and other content formats

— Writing first-draft captions in the One Glance voice

— Scheduling and publishing content across our platforms

— Managing the content calendar

— Tracking performance and reporting what is working, what is not, and what we should try next

— Responding to comments and flagging warm DMs or business enquiries immediately

— Sourcing, organising, and repurposing visual assets from the design team

— Turning studio work-in-progress into usable social content

— Building simple systems for content planning, publishing, and reporting

— Researching references, trends, formats, and creative studios we can learn from

— Producing branded assets for social media, presentations, and client-facing materials under creative direction



What we are looking for

— You can execute independently without waiting to be told every small step

— You know how to turn a brand’s work, voice, and process into content people want to look at

— You have a genuine eye for design and visual quality

— You notice bad typography, weak layout, lazy templates, and generic captions

— You can write in a voice that is not yours after proper briefing

— You are organised, self-directed, and reliable

— You communicate clearly when something is delayed, unclear, or not working

— You have strong written English, as our audience is international

— You are comfortable working remotely

— You care about branding, design, websites, storytelling, and creative studios



Requirements

— Based in Malaysia

— Portfolio required

— Experience managing social media for a brand, studio, founder, business, or personal project

— Ability to plan, create, publish, and report on content independently

— Strong written English

— Good eye for design, layout, typography, and visual quality

— Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar content creation tools

— Ability to work remotely with clear communication

— Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other relevant social platforms

— Interest in brand identity, design, websites, storytelling, and creative studios
