About The Role

We are seeking proficient programmers to join our DataAnnotation coding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse programming tasks that directly influence the evolution of AI systems. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. Preferred experience includes proficiency in Kotlin, with additional skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift. Strong writing and grammatical skills are essential for producing clear, detailed explanations of your code. A bachelor’s degree, whether completed or in progress, is required. Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is advantageous. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about coding, eager to contribute to AI development, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and solving a variety of coding problems used for training AI systems, with a focus on Android development. You will be expected to write high-quality, well-documented code snippets along with detailed explanations to facilitate understanding and learning. Evaluating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity is a key aspect of this role, ensuring that the AI models are trained with reliable and effective solutions. Providing constructive feedback to improve AI systems and contribute to the development of next-generation models is also vital.
