About the Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager who can build and execute the marketing engine behind Silenium’s growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage agencies or coordinate projects—you’ll be creating content, launching campaigns, building our brand, generating demand, and helping establish Silenium as a thought leader in AI-powered sales.
You’ll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over our marketing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Silenium’s overall marketing strategy
* Own demand generation across multiple channels
* Build and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns
* Create compelling content including articles, case studies, customer stories, videos, graphics, and thought leadership
* Grow Silenium’s brand awareness and market presence
* Develop campaigns supporting product launches and new features
* Manage website content and optimization
* Create email marketing campaigns and nurture programs
* Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and conference marketing
* Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to improve lead quality and customer engagement
* Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and AI technologies
