D&A-BI Analyst/Consultant (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista/Consultor D&A-BI (Power BI, Tableau e SQL) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to transform business data into valuable insights by developing and improving corporate analytics solutions.

Accountabilities

The D&A-BI Analyst/Consultant will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and modernization of business intelligence solutions. The role involves collaborating with business teams, ensuring data quality, optimizing dashboards, and delivering analytical solutions that support strategic decisions.

• Support dashboard conversion, migration, modernization, and evolution initiatives using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop, update, and maintain high-quality dashboards and analytical reports.
• Ensure performance, usability, accuracy, and reliability of data visualization solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validations, and testing to ensure indicator accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics demands.
• Troubleshoot issues related to reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Document business rules, dashboard logic, technical specifications, and analytical processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a BI professional with hands-on experience in analytics development, dashboard management, and data analysis. The role requires strong technical knowledge, business communication skills, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions in collaboration with different stakeholders.

• Proven experience developing, supporting, and evolving dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with dashboard migration, conversion, and modernization projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, usability principles, and data quality practices in BI environments.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable.
