You'll own features from concept to production, contribute to technical architecture, and help shape the future of our product. If you thrive in fast-paced startups, enjoy shipping code multiple times a day, and want to have a direct impact on the business, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to rapidly deliver customer-facing features.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical decisions.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
  • Review code, maintain engineering standards, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Ship production code daily in a fast deployment environment (10–15 deployments per day).

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Experience building and shipping production applications using Python, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience owning features from design through deployment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid product iteration.
  • Experience shipping code to production on a daily or continuous deployment cadence.

Preferred Background

  • Previous experience at a Pre-Seed or Seed-stage startup, particularly YC-backed companies.
  • Former founder or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or operations technology industry is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in:

  • Python
  • Next.js
  • Node.js

Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and scalable web applications.

Experience with modern development workflows, testing, Git, and CI/CD.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Degree from a top-tier university (Top 20 or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This is a high-performance engineering culture where you'll:

  • Work in-office in San Francisco, 5 days per week.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers.
  • Operate in a fast-moving environment with frequent production deployments.
  • Be comfortable working extended hours when needed to achieve ambitious goals.
