TalentFish is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join an enterprise cybersecurity team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for an experienced IAM professional with deep, hands-on expertise administering both SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/formerly IdentityNow) and CyberArk.
This is not a software development position. We are looking for an engineer who has built, supported, administered, and maintained enterprise IAM platforms in production environments. The ideal candidate is well-rounded across Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle management.

What You'll Do
- Administer and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) in a production environment.
- Administer and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Support identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access reviews.
- Configure and support SSO and MFA solutions across enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot IAM platform issues and resolve production incidents.
- Perform IAM platform configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to improve identity security.
- Support identity governance, compliance, and audit initiatives.
- Participate in occasional engineering and implementation efforts as needed.
- Document configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Current hands-on experience administering CyberArk.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), formerly IdentityNow (IDN).
- Experience administering enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) platforms.
- Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Experience configuring and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
