Our long-term vision is to build the digital infrastructure that powers the next generation of autonomous operations. Backed by an experienced team with backgrounds spanning industry operations and leading Silicon Valley technology companies, we're building products that solve meaningful, real-world challenges at scale.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to help build and scale our flagship mobile application. You'll play a key role in developing new features, improving performance and reliability, and shaping the future of a product that's used in high-impact operational environments.

This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative engineering team where you'll have meaningful ownership over the product and work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead implementation of key product and engineering initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, testing infrastructure, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Help improve engineering processes and team collaboration.
  • Stay current with modern iOS technologies and development best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SwiftUI.
  • Experience shipping applications to the Apple App Store.
  • Strong understanding of Swift, Apple SDKs, and modern iOS development.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
  • Experience debugging and resolving production issues.
  • Startup experience or comfort wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with UI testing.
  • Willingness to participate in a periodic on-call rotation supporting a production application.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

  • Love building products that have real-world impact.
  • Enjoy solving challenging technical problems.
  • Want significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Excel in collaborative, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and engineering best practices.
  • Live in (or are willing to relocate to) the Los Angeles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in transportation, aviation, aerospace, or other operational technology industries.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Experience with SwiftData or CoreData.
  • Thoughtful perspective on incorporating AI into software development workflows.
