Akkodis is seeking a Yardi PM/Data Analyst (Remote) for a contract role with a client located in Cleveland OH (100% Remote)
Pay Range: $60-70/HR on w2 the pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Light project management and analyst type tasks to support the technical implementation of a new screening solution.
- Audit and update all “Apply Now” Calls to Action (CTAs) across a variety of channels including our website, Elise AI, Peek Tours, and other entry points to route to a new online Application Form.
- Identify and update all deep links from third-party ILS partners (Apartments.com, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) that currently point to Rent Café.
- Ensure all of the settings within our current Applicant Portal are adjusted, turned off, and coordinated to facilitate a smooth transition of going from the old application portal to a new one. (currently hosted by Yardi).
- Thoroughly test that Findigs writes approved/rejection decisions back into Yardi accurately and timely to trigger standard downstream workflows.
- Confirm pricing data pulls from Yardi and presents accurately and are compliant with pricing regulations.
- Confirm application fees are processed accurately and applied in our ERP (Yardi) correctly.
