This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager based in the United States.

This role leads the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power a modern B2B marketing engine.

The position combines marketing strategy, technology, analytics, and AI-driven innovation to improve growth performance.

By optimizing automation, reporting, and marketing operations, this role enables stronger alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue teams.

Accountabilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will own and optimize marketing systems, workflows, data quality, and reporting frameworks to support scalable growth strategies and improve marketing performance.

  • Manage the architecture, administration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the central platform.
  • Build and improve marketing automation, lead scoring, lifecycle workflows, integrations, and processes that support revenue growth.
  • Design scalable marketing operations strategies using automation and AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
  • Support campaign execution through setup, quality assurance, tracking, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights into campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and revenue impact.
  • Ensure accurate marketing data through CRM hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and data quality management.
  • Partner with demand generation, sales, revenue operations, events, and leadership teams to improve lead management and attribution processes.
  • Optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, and handoff workflows to improve alignment between marketing and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with web and SEO teams to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting across digital channels.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing tools, integrations, and AI capabilities that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing systems, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operational best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools for predictive lead scoring, reporting automation, data enrichment, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing operations experience, advanced technical knowledge of marketing platforms, and the ability to translate data and technology into measurable business outcomes.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead lifecycle management, CRM processes, and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
  • Experience using AI tools within marketing operations, including AI-assisted reporting, predictive scoring, workflow automation, or data optimization.
  • Comfortable using generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT or similar tools for analysis, documentation, and workflow development.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales, revenue operations, and leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations, attribution models, and revenue reporting preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing operations strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
