This is a senior product leadership opportunity for an experienced SaaS product executive who can shape portfolio strategy, drive innovation, and lead teams toward measurable business outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities, and organizational growth, with responsibility for defining product direction and execution.

  • Create and maintain product management standards across discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, delivery, and measurement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with extensive SaaS experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build and scale product organizations. They should combine technical expertise, customer understanding, and executive communication skills.

  • 7-10+ years of recent SaaS Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of B2B or B2G product strategy.
  • Proven experience defining and executing portfolio-level product strategies in complex technology environments.
  • Strong background in pricing strategy, market analysis, product positioning, and competitive intelligence.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development, KPI creation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management practices and tools.
  • Experience incorporating AI capabilities into software products or product strategies.
  • Experience in EdTech, GovTech, public sector, or regulated markets is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, online training technologies, compliance workflows, or professional certification platforms is a plus.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, or management consulting initiatives is advantageous.
