The Opportunity

As Director of Product, you'll own the product vision and roadmap across a broad portfolio of financial technology solutions. You'll lead a talented product function, work closely with engineering, and play a key role in defining the company's long-term product strategy.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle from concept through to launch.

• Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
• Drive the evolution of a modern API-first, cloud-native fintech platform.
• Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver market-leading products.
• Define and prioritise product initiatives based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Use product data and customer insights to improve product performance.
• Build products across payments, FX, wallets, card issuing, billing, KYC/KYB and RegTech.
• Influence technology and product decisions at the executive level.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' product management experience.
• Previous leadership experience within FinTech, payments or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, card networks, wallets, FX, ACH or open banking.
• Experience building cloud-native, API-first products.
