Our partner, a global leader in debt collections technology, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their remote sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role focuses on driving sales in Thailand and the ASEAN region, with frequent travel required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the banking and financial sectors and a proven track record in selling financial software.
Responsibilities include securing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and acting as the primary contact for Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new clients and manage existing accounts in Thailand and ASEAN.
- Lead presales activities, including presentations, system demonstrations, and POCs.
- Qualify marketing leads and design sales strategies.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage the CRM.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in Thailand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Travel internationally 1-2 months per year to meet clients and oversee regional projects
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial and/or banking software.
- Strong connections in the banking and financial sectors.
- Experience managing complex tender processes and presenting to C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 months per year or as required.
