Healthcare IT Leaders is hiring two Healthcare Product Managers for a remote contract engagement with a healthcare payer client.
Location: 100% Remote (US)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract through January 2027, with strong potential for long-term extension
The Role: You'll drive product delivery across a blend of COTS platforms and custom-built applications, working at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. Pharmacy Hub experience is strongly preferred - you'll be shaping products that touch pharmacy, claims and member-facing workflows for a Medicare Advantage population.
What You'll Do
- Own product direction for a mix of commercial (COTS) platforms and custom applications, from roadmap through delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams and engineering to translate payer business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Guide enterprise integration work connecting pharmacy, claims, care management and member services systems
- Deliver in an Agile environment with cloud-based platforms

- Product management experience in the healthcare payer domain - Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims or Member Services
- Pharmacy Hub experience (strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with COTS platform management, custom application development and enterprise system integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Agile delivery
- Strong collaboration skills - you work as easily with business leaders as you do with engineers
