This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta) based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing leader to own and scale high-impact acquisition strategies within a fast-growing digital healthcare environment. The role focuses on driving customer growth through advanced Meta advertising expertise, data-driven optimization, and innovative testing strategies. You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and performance improvements across key growth channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape acquisition initiatives, improve marketing efficiency, and influence business outcomes. Accountabilities

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive scalable customer acquisition while optimizing campaign effectiveness and business impact.

  • Own the performance marketing strategy, roadmap, and initiatives across Meta advertising channels.
  • Manage, execute, and continuously optimize paid social campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and growth outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and data analysis.
  • Develop and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs across advertising creative, messaging, targeting, and landing page experiences.
  • Support attribution initiatives, market testing strategies, and data accuracy improvements.
  • Use customer, product, and business insights to refine campaign strategies and improve marketing performance.
  • Maintain strong awareness of customer behavior, healthcare industry trends, digital marketing developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, optimization, and quality assurance processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to drive measurable growth through performance marketing.

  • 4-6 years of experience owning Meta performance marketing strategies, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and management of large paid social accounts.
  • Advanced expertise with Meta advertising tools and platforms.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing performance data using tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to connect marketing data with product performance insights.
  • Experience managing performance marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SQL, including BigQuery, for data exploration and custom reporting is preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience developing affiliate or influencer partnerships is a plus.
  • Experience optimizing multi-step conversion funnels, such as lead generation through customer acquisition, is preferred.
